and use it for database and referral purposes and for forwarding to
doctors, dentists, eye surgeons, recovery retreats and other local
service providers who use the consumer's information to provide the

on ArrivaCostaRica.com as they will be screened for content by
ArrivaCostaRica.com personnel.
